On his 59th birthday, Dr. Alex Otti, the governor of Abia State, has received congratulations from Hon. Benjamin Kalu, the deputy speaker of the house of representatives.

In a statement released on Sunday by Mr. Levinus Nwabughiogu, his chief press secretary, Kalu stated that Otti had established a solid basis for long-lasting legacies in governance during his final six months as governor of Abia.
Despite having various political affiliations, the governor collaborates with other state officials by acknowledging their contributions and voices in the government of the state, according to the Deputy Speaker, who expressed admiration for Otti’s political approach.
Kalu recounted that Otti had lately given him the title of “Enyi Abia” by the state during a lavish banquet.
With Otti’s enthusiasm for responsible leadership, Abia has quickly developed into a massive development site, according to the Deputy Speaker, who speaks for the Bende Federal Constituency in the State.
“I think Abia will have experienced a significant infrastructural renaissance by the end of Otti’s tenure, which will restore its lost glory and truly reflects its position as the top State in the comity of States in Nigeria.”
He instructed the governor to keep governing the state in an inclusive manner for the benefit of all citizens.
“My office is always available to provide the State administration with whatever support it may want from him.
“The Abia people hold the current government in high regard; please do not let them down,” Kalu said.
As he continued to lead the State’s affairs, Kalu thanked God for Otti’s new age and wished the governor many more years of joy and good health.
