Gov Otti Swears In New Commissioners, Assigns Them Portfolios 

Governor Alex Otti of Abia State has unveiled the list of commissioners and their respective portfolios.

Ndiigboworldwide reports that on Friday, a total of 16 individuals who had received clearance from the State House of Assembly were sworn in during a ceremony held at the Banquet Hall of the Government House in Umuahia.

However, Governor Otti mentioned that three additional appointees who are awaiting clearance will be sworn in next week.

The pending appointees include Mike Akpara, who is currently undergoing medical treatment abroad, Ngozi Blessing Felix, and Ikechukwu Monday, who has recently returned from overseas.
