Peter Obi to file appeal at Supreme Court on Tuesday

According to Yunusa Tanko, a spokesperson for the Peter Obi-Datti Presidential Campaign Council, Obi’s legal team is considering filing an appeal with the Supreme Court on Tuesday.

It was also just verified that we did not submit the appeal. That will be completed by Tuesday at the latest.”We are also not seeking to engage or tweak our team of lawyers,” Tanko added.

The deadline for filing an appeal has not passed, thus we have not done so,” Edun stated. In a few seconds, it will be finished. Our legal team has not been compromised. Our best hands are among them.

“We have no reason to replace them because we have faith in their abilities.”Peter Obi’s petitions disputing Bola Tinubu’s 2023 Presidential election victory were reportedly dismissed by the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal in Abuja, as reported by NDIIGBOWORLD.

After the tribunal’s ruling, the LP presidential candidate vowed to appeal to the Supreme Court.
