Enyimba FC wins League weeks after Otti’s Entry.

Eight times Nigerian Champions, Enyimba International fc, have won their ninth Nigerian top flight league trophy by beating Rivers United to the title after their 1–1 draw at the last match of the Nigerian Premier League Super 6.

Enyimba fc who were energized by the Administration of Dr. Alex Chioma Otti scored an early goal through the midfielder Ekene Awazie in the night but Rivers United equalized through Nwagua at the start of the second half.

Enyimba top the mini league on eight points, same as second placed Remo Stars and third placed Rivers United.

The Executive Governor of Abia state, Dr Alex Chioma Otti OFR earlier in the day spoke with the management and players of Enyimba fc spuring them up for the final match and assured them of the administrations total support to the team.

Enyimba will now represent Nigeria in next seasons CAF champions league for the 2023/2024 season.
