APGA warns Ubah and others that they cannot deliver Anambra for APC.

Senator Ifeanyi Ubah, who represents the Anambra South Senatorial District, has been informed by the All Progressives Grand Alliance that he will not be able to win Anambra over to the All Progressives Congress in the state’s 2025 gubernatorial election.

APGA spokesperson Tony Olisa-Mbeki made this statement on Sunday in response to Ubah’s demands that Anambra link to the center in order to begin achieving the necessary developmental advancements.

While providing palliative care to his constituency’s residents on Sunday, Ubah emphasized that Anambra needed to enter national politics in order to begin making the anticipated advancements.

The palliatives were distributed at the conclusion of a colloquium he convened on Friday in Nnewi, the commercial hub of Anambra, with the topic “De-marginalization of South-East zone and integration into national politics.”

Ubah said that the APC intended good for the Ndigbo and that those who have not joined should do so. He utilized the palliatives distribution to reiterate his intention to play a role in the reintegration of Anambra State and the South-East into national politics.

“Anambra has stayed in the opposition party for too long,” he declared. It is now time for the state to join the center, and I would make use of my authority to make sure that the state’s minor political parties dismantle their structures in favor of the APC.

“I implore everyone who receives these palliatives to make effective use of them. This is only the start. A component of the initiative to guarantee that the populace benefits from democracy is the empowerment program.

It is now necessary for Anambra to engage in national politics in order to begin the anticipated advancement. To accelerate the state’s growth, I want to be a part of Anambra’s reintegration into mainstream politics. We will deliver Anambra to APC by 2025.

Speaking next, Francis Nwifuru, the governor of Ebonyi State, was accompanied by Patricia Obila, his deputy governor. Nwifuru stated that the party was firmly in support of Anambra State and that the enormous turnout at the stadium was proof that Anambra will win the next election under the APC.

As part of the endeavor to lessen the hardship brought on by the termination of the gasoline subsidy, Imo State Governor Hope Uzodinma expressed his happiness to be present at the event and witness the empowerment program.

Uzodinma praised President Bola Tinubu for his audacious actions in eliminating the gasoline subsidy and stabilizing the value of the naira, pointing out that the previous administration had attempted to do the same but had failed.

In order to lessen the impact of the temporary hardship brought on by these initiatives, the President has started distributing palliatives to the states, he stated.

“In these trying times, I urge other leaders to view their political rivals as brothers. The de-imagination of the South-East is now a national project, and what I have witnessed in this field today is as good as a capital project: we have a party that cares about the welfare of the people.

“I want to urge all of our leaders to support the political tenets of our outstanding party.”

The APC national chairman, Ganduje, thanked attendees and empowerment recipients for being there during his remarks. He further mentioned that the colloquium covered topics related to marginalization and de-imagination in the area.

In order to expedite growth in the area, he stated that the South-East geopolitical zone should be linked to the national grid from its original connection to the local grid.

He said, “The enormous number of individuals who attended this empowerment event is an indication that the people have agreed to gain from the national grid, and APC will provide them with the means to do so.

“I pleaded with individuals who gained from the empowerment initiative to properly utilize the tools. The fact that people from Anambra and the South-East are swarming into national politics makes me delighted.

In response, however, Mbeki stated that Ifeanyi Ubah and the APC could not overthrow the APGA in Anambra as the people of Anambra do not take the APC seriously.

“People who will vote are Anambra people, and they are not going to import voters from anywhere,” stated Olisa-Mbeki. Since its founding until now, the APC has not even emerged victorious in an Anambra election.

In actuality, the APC does not exist in Anambra State at this time. Put an end to all of this empowerment propaganda. Anyone may mobilize people and promote empowerment, but when the chips are down, people know what to do.

Which industry does Ubah seek to dominate in Anambra since he has effectively handled it? Given his accomplishments in infrastructure, education, and the enormous progress he is making in the state, it is clear that Soludo is the man of the moment and that the populace is content.

The people of Anambra State are content with APGA since the state is larger than any one person.

“Under APGA, Anambra is progressing. Everyone can observe the progression from Peter Obi to Willie Obiano and, more recently, Soludo. Then one could wonder, in terms of security and all else, is Anambra State not performing better than Imo State, which is affiliated with the center?

The most crucial point to remember is that Anambra State and the center have always agreed on development issues; we are not at odds with them. No one is battling the center, despite their yelling, “connect to the center…connect to the center,” as if we are.

“APGA is well grounded; we are not nervous. One thing I can assure you of is that, despite their loud rhetoric, the APC will not win any of the Anambra gubernatorial races in 2025, not even in Nnewi North LGA.

“One thing is certain: President Bola Tinubu won’t manipulate the results to their advantage. We hope the president would hold a free and fair election in Anambra State so that the people may choose their own leaders.
